Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We begin processing your order immediately.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Transit times typically range from 4–14 business days depending on your location and shipping method.

Estimated Shipping Lead Times

Shipping lead times vary by product type:

  • Standard Products (burners, range plates, pans, covers): 4–8 business days

  • Firestorms, Steel Log Sets, Custom Orders, Radials, Ready-to-Finish Kits: 8–14 business days

  • AON Products: 14–18 business days

These are estimates and may vary slightly based on order volume or carrier schedules.

Order Shipment

Freight Orders:
Freight items will be shipped as they become available unless your order specifies that all items must ship together.

Ground Orders:
Ground shipments will also ship as items become available, unless specified otherwise.

Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you have not received tracking details within 6 business days, please contact us at support@summitbackyards.com.

Shipping Options

Our base shipping method is Curbside Delivery, which is usually free. This method typically takes 4–8 days after your order is processed.

We also offer the following premium shipping services on select products (please contact us before ordering for availability):

  • Threshold Shipping – Delivery to your porch or garage.

  • White Glove Delivery – Delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of packaging. Note: Saunas will not be assembled.
